Store Manager

• Creates and implements effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase profitability.
• Ensures that the store is always well-stocked and organized, and all products are displayed attractively.
• Manages and supervises a team of sales associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Resolves any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store.
