Emnoca Digital Marketing Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations in Dubai. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store managing a team of sales associates and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the retail store operations including sales inventory management customer service and employee performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Train motivate and coach sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise and manage product assortments.
  • Analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment that reflects the Emnoca brand image.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention protocols to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork creativity and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies in the retail and digital marketing space.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers colleagues and vendors.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
