Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and visually appealing at all times
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Train staff on product knowledge and ensure they are up to date with the latest fashion trends
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of luxury brands and products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
