The Store Incharge
will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our store. This includes
assisting customers maintaining inventory organizing merchandise and ensuring the store is
clean and wellpresented. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills
attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products.
Provide information about products their features and benefits.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
Inventory Management:
Receive unload and shelve incoming merchandise.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
Merchandising:
Ensure products are properly displayed and priced accurately.
Arrange and restock merchandise on shelves and racks.
Create visually appealing displays to attract customers attention.
ERP Utilization:
Possess a strong understanding of ERP systems and leverage it to optimize store processes.
Input and manage data within the ERP system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports and analytics from the ERP system to support decisionmaking.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean organized and free from safety hazards.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping and dusting

Monitor and report the need for maintenance or repairs.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
Assist other team members as needed especially during busy periods.
Security and Safety:
Implement security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the store.
Requirements
Requirements:
High school /diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with customers.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand walk and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
Comfortable bending stooping and reaching.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and sometimes stressful environment.
