Job description
The candidate will be responsible for:
Experience of working in Inside Sales or Lead Generation role for US - North America Market (B2B).
- Able to penetrate organizations through targeted email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn etc. and identify the target audience.
- Must have experience of Staffing background / Selling Staffing Solutions e.g. ( ATS / VMS etc )
- Experience in working on tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, Saleshandy, Sales Navigator, Salesforce etc.
- Interact with internal teams and ensure Meetings and Demonstrations are handled on time.
- Able to pitch Staffing Solutions / Products mapped to business needs or requirements.
- Experience in handling mid to large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Experience and exposure to C-level profiles.
Reporting -
- Real-time updating internal systems and adhering to processes at the organization.
Required Candidate profile
- 3+ Experience in selling IT/technology solutions, services, and products.
- Good understanding of the US market.
- Knowledge of Staffing / Staffing Solutions (e.g. VMS / ATS ).
- Very Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquette.
- Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills - should have the ability to initiate engaging discussions.
- Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of working on CRM .
Shift Timings : 7:30pm-4:30am (US Shift)
5 days working (Sat/Sun Fixed Off)
