Job Description

- Supervise and lead the stewarding team to ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Schedule, assign tasks, and manage the workflow of stewarding staff to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Train stewards on proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment operation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to support seamless operations during service hours.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, making timely orders as needed.
- Handle and resolve conflicts or issues within the stewarding team promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on stewarding activities, cleanliness audits, and staff performance.
