• Preparation and fulfillment of stations budgets.
• Preparation of operational management reports of the stations assigned.
• Verification of correct inspections performance (KPIs analysis), following the Technical Department criteria.
• Personnel management: training, select candidates, solve conflicts, holidays planning, etc.
• Planning and monitoring the daily work.
• Implementation and supervision of the customer service policies.
• Relationship with official bodies and VIP clients in the stations area.
• Supervision of compliance in matters of Health & Safety.
