Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols and medication safety guidelines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
