Black & Grey HR is hiring for dynamic and innovative software development company specializing in delivering tailored technology solutions to businesses globally. Our Client is looking for an Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting daytoday operations remotely. You will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding new technical engineers particularly within the gaming Android app development and blockchain industries. This position requires a proactive individual capable of conducting interviews managing reports and providing ongoing support to our current UK and European technical engineering teams.
Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless daytoday operations.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest innovative solutions.
Collaborate with outsourced partners to enhance overall efficiency.
Source identify and attract top talent within the gaming Android app development and blockchain sectors.
Conduct thorough interviews via calls and Zoom meetings to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with management to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new technical engineers.
Provide ongoing support to our current UK and European technical engineering teams.
Assist in setting up registrations and ensure smooth progress providing regular updates to management.
Generate comprehensive reports on the progress of new technical engineers.
Maintain effective communication channels with both internal teams and outsourced partners.
Address any additional support requirements from management or outsourced business promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
Familiarity with the gaming Android app development and blockchain industries.
Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
