1.Key responsibility is to fulfill and achieve annual budget objective through clear and effective hunting and farming strategies.
2.Understands key customer needs and industry trends, competition, technology, etc., for Smart-Living and work together with Product & Partnership Team to ensure Etisalat is on its competitive edge and ahead of competitors in the business.
3.Owns, manages, and grows healthy pipeline of Smart-Living sales and the vendor partnerships to generate value and opportunities for Etisalat in the most effective and profitable manner.
4.Identifies competitive and alternative offerings in the market.
5.Dynamic and agile in sales and marketing strategy execution with flexible tactical moves to achieve target.
6.Understands the markets dynamics, key players, value chain, and business models.
7.Understands UAE regulatory and legal frameworks and fully align all relevant business practice to guarantee full compliance.
8.Collaborates with marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
9.Change-management in delivering capabilities that may be required by executional teams (e.g. PD, IT, engineering, CCC, finance, collection).
10.Identifies opportunities, analyses business benefit, evaluates ROI, and priorities and negotiate initiatives to develop roadmap.
11.Leads ideation, design, and implementation of the Smart Living propositions and offerings.
12.Manages all policies, procedures and guidelines for Smart Living business development, and monitors and supervises their implementation.
13.Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and Go-to-Market programs for each product and directing promotional support.
14.Maintains ongoing dialogue with the senior directors, to provide periodic updates for operational performance and achievement of key strategic and financial targets.
15.Prepares and uses effective and organized communication with top management (CXO level) to drive awareness, alignment, engagement and support for the initiatives.
16.Conducts Cost-Benefit / ROI Analysis: Performs an objective analysis of potential product opportunities to provide a basis for investment. Articulates research findings and quantifies risk, including a financial model with sales and cost projections.
17.Performs any other related duties as required.
