Job Description
- Develop senior relationships with UAE and Saudi government defense and industry stakeholders.
- Identify negotiate and establish strategic partnerships with local industry academia and sovereign entities.
- Create revenue-generating localization and industrial participation programmes aligned with Teledyne technologies.
- Integrate localization strategies into captures bids and major procurement opportunities.
- Structure commercial models governance frameworks and funding approaches for complex initiatives.
- Lead execution of programmes including technology transfer applied research capability development and production localization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities tied to national programmes and long-term initiatives.
- Develop local innovation supplier and talent ecosystems that support long-term growth.
- Track programme performance compliance localization metrics and business outcomes.
- Required: Ability to build influence with senior government sovereign and industry stakeholders.
- Required: Strong commercial acumen and partnership development expertise.
- Required: Experience structuring complex multi-party commercial arrangements and programmes.
- Required: 10 years of experience in defense aerospace industrial participation or strategic business development within the Middle East.
- Required: Demonstrated success delivering localization or industrial participation initiatives in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
- Required: Knowledge of UAE and Saudi localization frameworks and industrial strategies.
- Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering Business International Relations or a related field.
- Advantage: Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
