Job Description

  • Monitor PAN India employee's attendance on regular interval
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems (HRMS) on regular interval
  • Timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, full & final settlement etc.
  • Identify and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
  • Manage and resolving any issues related to attendance & payroll for PAN India basis.
  • Coordination for performance evaluations (Mid-year & yearly) of PAN India employees.
  • Ontime Renewal of Gratuity & Leave Encashment Policies.
  • Timely payment & return filling of monthly statutory compliance for PAN India employees
  • MIS & Reports:
  • Ontime submission of records and documents to auditors.
  • Timely submission of monthly & quarterly compliance documents for Clients.
  • Desired:
  • Thorough understanding of Payroll Process & HR Operations
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing work and working well with other team members to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Good at Microsoft Excel (Must needed)
  • Effective time management skills, analytical ability.
  • Qualifications:
  • Any Bachelor's degree or masters in HR/ Finance/ Economics is required with minimum from any reputed public or private university.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree or masters in HR/ Finance/ Economics is required with minimum from any reputed public or private university.
  • Min 5 to 6 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits/ Payroll & HR Operations in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, industry.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
  • The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.
  • Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.
