Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is seeking a Sr. Contract Specialist (Post Contract Top Tier Developer) who will be responsible for overseeing all facets of Post Contract administration. Other responsibilities are


Supervise postcontract administration activities encompassing interpretation compliance and dispute resolution.

Ensure contract adherence to specified terms including mandatory insurances advance payment guarantees performance guarantees and other related requirements.

Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders such as senior management project delivery teams consultants contractors and suppliers.

Present progress reports and analyses on project activities including change management and contractor claims.

Manage a team of consultant professionals providing guidance training and advice on postcontract strategies.

Review project correspondences and identify any changes/additions/deletions to the contract.

Attend commercial meetings overseeing commercial concerns.

Provide professional guidance in commercial matters to other staff members within the project management team.

Supervise the performance of the PMC/Cost team at the site ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Oversee the maintenance of change management logs prepared by the site team.

Review consultants estimates and participate in all change order negotiations.

Generate and process necessary change order documentation.

Manage highlevel responsibilities for all insurance guarantees and bonds.

Analyse and plan the termination and extension of contractual agreements offering continued support to business units

Requirements

Bachelor s degree preferably in Engineering or an equivalent field.

Proficiency and fluency in English.

Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement including postcontract administration in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement procedures processes legal requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.

Experience in the local UAE & Abu Dhabi s preferred.
