- 6-10 years of similar role, Technical/functional expertise in SAP S4HANA payroll and Success Factors.
- Guide and support the human capital team in utilizing these systems effectively.
- Stay up to date on the latest SAP HCM releases, enhancements, and best practices.
- Analyse existing human capital processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a key user during SAP implementations, upgrades, and installations, working closely with the implementation team, answering their questions, and providing input on how the business works.
- Relevant experience in performing key user training, providing user acceptance training, and documenting payroll parallel run after data post validation.
