- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers.
- Offshore experience is must, whilst ADNOC experience is desired.
- Proficient in Process Simulation software’s such as HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, OLGA etc. and should be a subject matter expert.
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Experience of working in a multi - project / multi - disciplined environment and throughout all engineering and design phases of projects
- Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
