Roles & Responsibilities
Review recommendations against identified site operation risk profiles and Pre-Incident Plans / Emergency Response requirements.
Conduct an analysis of the current emergency response resources across COMPANY Group operations and identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. (Current State Report).
Identify the gaps and areas for improvement in the AFRS resource provision, including structure, governance, strategic positioning of resources, capabilities, and future challenges.
Support the development of the overarching vision and strategy for the future state of the AFRS, including its centralization, unification, modernization, and optimization.
