- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, covering all phases of the implementation cycle and providing ongoing support
- Act as a solution architect for SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, Succession Management, and Career Development
- Identify and deliver the best practice project management methodologies required to ensure successful project delivery on time and in budget
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and create solution designs in compliance with organisational needs
- Lead and mentor a team of support consultants, providing guidance on complex functional and technical issues
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project progress report presentations to senior leadership
