- Solution engineering capabilities
- Capability, and motivation to learn a complex system and domain
- Capable of handling wide spread of tasks from requirement analysis in direct contact with customer to system configuration, analysis of log files for fixing bugs as well as occasional analysis of source code
- Ability to work together with PM and customer technical responsible as technical lead from our side after training and experience gathering (target is to become a solution design architect for EIP)
