Social Media Specialist – Construction Project

We are seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen the companys digital presence and employer brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts and content calendars.
  
• Create engaging content and develop digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Run paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads.
  
• Monitor engagement analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment campaigns and employer-branding content.
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications.
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant social media experience.
  
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
  
• Strong content creation campaign management and performance analysis skills.
  
• Construction industry experience preferred.
