Job Description

- 5 years (for Diploma holder) or 8 years (for Trade Certificate holder) in Electrical maintenance in steel plant preferably in Steel Melting and Billet casting plant with higher level of automation.
- Working experience in any of the Middle-east countries
- Responsible for carrying out Electrical Maintenance function in Steel Melting Plant during day shift to ensure that electrical corrective and preventative maintenance activities are performed to the correct standard and in a safe timely manner so that plant utilization is maximized at minimum cost.
- Fully conversant with Steel Melting and Billet casting process
- Experience on maintenance of processing equipment (Medium Voltage Substations, Transformers, Switchgears, PLCs, Drives, and Motors etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP, and instruct others on its operation.
