- Must have four-year college degree with a minimum of three (3) years full-time experience working with SCI in multiply security disciplines. Personnel must have Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Industrial Security experience. May substitute two (2) years of experience in lieu of each year of college, i.e., two-year college degree requires six (6) years of full-time experience. Must have attended and completed a formal SSO certification training and a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) 705 Physical Security Course within the last three (3) years.
