Site Security Manager

Job Qualifications

• Security / Risk Management Degree or equivalent
• Recognized international security qualifications/accreditations such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Security Management Professional (CSMP) through ASIS and or ISMI are preferred
• Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade A
• Specialized education/ Valid Certifications in Security management, physical security and CCTV operating systems are preferred –
• Min 3-5 years Law enforcement experience and min 3-5 years Corporate Security management experience ideal.
• 3-5 years of physical and electronic security experience, including working with CCTV and access control systems, security guard force management, site security design, security and risk assessments, supply chain security, and investigations.
• Experience in and fair cultural awareness.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in any other Regional dialects or African/European languages is an added plus.
• Experience networking and engaging with law enforcement agencies Creative thinker who is assertive and disciplined to drive change.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Training and presentation skills.
• Proven collaboration skills – can lead internal/external multi-functional teams and meet externally driven deadlines despite multiple priorities.
• Strong personal initiative and integrity, with ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions under minimal guidance
• Be accountable for the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the Group’s Security policies, systems, procedures and standards.
