- Support the ENOWA project management team in understanding their duties and responsibilities regards promoting a safe work culture and integrating safe work practices into the responsible ENOWA and/or Contractor’s discipline-specific activities.
- Monitor compliance to NEOM, ENOWA, Regulatory HSE rules/standards and expectations, mentor change to enable compliance, and monitor for the change to be embedded into sustainable practice.
- Discuss with the responsible project management team stakeholder any matter that may affect the delivery of safe work outcomes on the project and where appropriate, recommend a solution to the issue.
