SITE ENGINEER - FAADE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Site engineers work chiefly on construction projects. Will be part of construction management and use their skills and expertise to guide crew members and ensure the successful completion of a project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to develop designs that meet client requirements and specifications.
• Use CAD software and other relevant tools to create detailed drawings and designs.
  Perform structural analysis and simulations to ensure the safety and stability of the faade structures.
• Select materials and components for the faade systems and oversee the fabrication and installation process.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and industry regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets and provide progress reports to clients and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to build a strong network and secure new business opportunities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience working with metal structures faade systems and building envelopes.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software structural analysis tools and relevant industry standards and codes
