- Leading from the Front to achieve branch targets in volumes and KPIs / key performance indicators.
- To arrange branch level activities to generate more walk-ins.
- To motivate sales team, add-value & take part in religious follow ups & customer meets during peak season to ensure the required sales target are achieved.
- To think out of the box & be creative in enhancing showroom operations, sales & walk-ins.
- To ensure sales executives create lead for all enquires & follows up to generate maximum sales.
- To ensure quality and accurate data is captured by his/her team members.
- To deliver consistent high Customer Satisfaction to build strong Great Wall Motors, HAVAL & TANK retention.
- To find out the root cause of customer complaints from all the sources & implement corrective action plan in corelation with the after sales team.
- To ensure mystery shopping targets are achieved.
- To live in Al Naboodah Core Values and perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s guidelines.
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• University /College graduate or equivalent
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Proficient in English – Arabic fluency to be an advantage.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisorial role in car dealership, UAE experience an advantage.
• Leadership skills: ability to lead and motivate a diverse sale team.
• Finance acumen, Problem Solving & Analytical skill with open mindset for Technology development.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
