To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent, proven leadership ability
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide leadership to create a team environment
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Basic SAP experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
