Shift Supervisor

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring their workflow is efficient and effective.
• Monitor and analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Train and develop staff, providing continuous support and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
• Handle and resolve any escalated client inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors and managers to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all shifts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
