Service Engineer- Fiber Laser Cutting

• Perform installation maintenance and repair of fiber laser cutting machines.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fiber laser cutting machines and provide effective solutions.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on fiber laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and training on fiber laser cutting machines.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest technological advancements in fiber laser cutting machines and provide recommendations for improvements.
  
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for machine upgrades or replacements.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during service visits.
  
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for service visits.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in servicing fiber laser cutting machines.
  
• Co2 laser Laser Welding and press brake Machines.
  
• Certifications in laser technology or related fields are highly desirable.
  
• Experience working in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry is preferred.
  
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
  
• Fluency in English is required and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
