Job Description

- Install and configure digital printing equipment to meet customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair digital printing equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance on digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital printing technology and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on equipment performance and customer needs.
- Assist in the development of service manuals and troubleshooting guides for digital printing equipment.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to perform on-site repairs and installations.
