Job Description

1) Receives & serves customers following companies & manufacturers procedures in order to sustain a positive service experience to each customer.
2) Solves customers complains to keep high level of customer satisfaction.
3) Up sells added value services to maximize revenue to service center.
4) Updates customers information on system for reliable CRM data.
5) Reviews outstanding repair orders continuously for closing & settlement.
6) Attends training programs to improve skills & competencies
7) Feeds back ideas/suggestions to improve customers service processes & increase revenue.
8) Advises customer the feasibility of car trade in when repair cost becomes high as to get customer s trust & loyalty.
Requirements
* Preferably Female Candidate as it will be working for Genesis.
25 to 40 years old Male or Female Bachelor's Degree holder Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales Good communication and negotiation skills Dynamic, proactive personality and results oriented with a positive outlook Presentable and well-groomed Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus UAE Driving license is required Good computer knowledge
