Revenue accounts:
Develop and implement a business plan to market transaction banking services to target the corporate customer base in the UAE and manage the corporate customers from a working capital perspective to achieve agreed financial targets. Collaborate with Treasury, Regulated Trading, Investment Banking and Operations to maximize potential sales opportunities and ensure customer service levels are maintained
customers service:
Communicate with clients and advise on banking solutions for complex transactions; New solutions, developments and emerging opportunities; Resolve/escalate issues and cross-sell other products to ensure their current and future needs are adequately met
Product training:
Provide transaction banking solutions skills, knowledge and training to support corporate relationship managers in increasing sales of transaction banking solutions
Policies, procedures and systems:
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, structured work procedures and guidelines so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while providing the required level of service to customers and stakeholders
self management:
Self-manage in accordance with the Bank's management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure compliance and make maximum contribution to business performance
