Senior Telecom Engineer

Learning and Development

• Provide professional advice and support in the identification and implementation of development and learning strategies
  

• Liaise with external partners/clients to understand their training needs and map out a long/short-term learning plan. Develop, source, and assessment of face-to-face and e-learning solutions.
  

• Create course materials and teaching aids that support content delivery and skills assessments
  

• Facilitate the delivery of technology-based and multimedia-centered teaching.
  

• Develop performance evaluation feedback channels.
  

Recruitment

• Interview, assess applicants, and match them with available job openings
  

• Screen candidates and draw up shortlists of candidates for interview
  

• Complete interview assessment and make recommendations
  

• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
  

• Assist in Executive Search leveraging LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  

• Create recruiting strategies and build relationships with clients.
  

Business Development

• Boost brand awareness and generate leads through internal and external marketing campaigns and programs.
  

• Research industry and marketplace trends to develop marketing solutions and enhance Novella s business operations.
  

• Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans
  

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  

• 2-3 years experience in human resources and management consulting
  

• Proven experience as L&D specialist or similar position
  

• Knowledge of sourcing and sourcing techniques
  

• In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, and training techniques.
  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Advanced proficiency in technology-based learning management systems (LMS)
  

• Sales and result-oriented with the ability to manage budgets
  

• Team player
  

• Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  

• Collaboration and interpersonal skills.
