Involve in the formulation of the new architecture and the technical design of the online customer experience portal with components including content management, widgets, analytics, targeting, Personal finance management, social networks integration, secure messaging/video banking, banking product applications/transactions/services and how the new modules will be integrated with the core banking in the light of the business requirements. .
Identify the current problems in the architecture through root cause investigation and articulate ways to improve them .
Actively involve in the creation of the new database model, data mapping and migration considering the business requirements and the growing online banking customers .
Foresee the gaps that would cause performance issues and address them timely during the project .
Support in translating business requirements into technical functional specification document, being primarily responsible from the architecture and performance analysis/assessment of the business requirements .
Ensure no loss in value between business requirements and frontend developers .
Building the bridge between the business owners and the technology providers, enable the best communication channel between the portal vendor and bank business teams .
Challenging the vendor approach towards development .
Addressing technical problems during implementation .
Ensure quality standards are met in terms of deliverables .
Must have exposure to the modern banks in Europe for a similar task for the online channel revamp project with extensive knowledge of banking products and services .
Proven track record of constructing and executing comple analysis to meet business requirements .
Experience in interacting and influencing at all levels of the organization
