Minimum 3 years experience working as QS/ estimator in interior fit out company in Dubai
Minimum 3 years experience in building Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit out projects
Experience in pricing & estimation of interior works (retails, restaurants, offices, residential), including knowledge in building material prices
Preferably architect or interior designer
Experience in pre contract QS, including managing and preparing the response to new tenders for interiors
Experience in post contract QS, including issuing progress claims, interim payments and follow ups.
