Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, or IT specialists.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Contribute to the overall system architecture and long-term technology roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable and robust system overall architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, Node.js) for backend development.
- Collaborate with cross functional team of developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with DevOps to manage server environments
The Successful Applicant
- Only Chinese (Mandarin) speaking candidates can be considered for this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing R&D teams
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Extensive experience in software development and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- English (fluent) and Chinese (fluent) as the working language.
