Senior Team Leader & Project Delivery Lead

Lead the successful delivery of strategic digital solution implementation projects across the Middle East. You will manage a team of Data Integration Engineers and Solution Specialists and interface with Customer Success Managers and Product Managers. Acting as a senior delivery leader you will ensure projects are executed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards while building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the growth of the regional business.

• Lead the technical delivery of customer projects from initiation through go-live and operational handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules resource forecasts and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software engineers data integration specialists business analysts and external partners.
• Monitor project scope budget timelines risks and dependencies.
• Drive project governance activities and report progress to senior management and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate project steering committees design reviews and executive status meetings.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
• Support contract execution by managing change requests technical clarifications and solution impacts.
• Ensure successful site coordination for customer deployments in the Middle-East including UAE Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and others.
• Conduct performance reviews coaching sessions and development planning for team members.
• Allocate resources across concurrent projects based on business priorities.
• Support recruitment onboarding and development of engineering talent in the Middle East region.
• Foster a culture of delivery excellence accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in digital projects data integration enterprise applications software engineering or solution architecture.
• 3 years of leadership or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python Java APIs SQL cloud technologies and integration platforms.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise or mission-critical solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience within aviation airport operations logistics supply chain or industrial automation is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software data integration or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project governance risk management budgeting and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI PRINCE2 Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• PMP Prince2 AgilePM Scrum Master or equivalent certification is advantageous.
