Job Description

- Provide second level support for high impact issues reported by bank branches, back offices and call centers
- Analyze and collaborate to resolve production issues while documenting and following up on issues
- Monitor system performance and facilitate resolution of issues
- Assists with vendor support
- Demonstrated ability to support and train clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and respond to bother internal and external requests
- Ability to install new Archtics or Host conversions from other systems
