Job Summary
Senior Supervisor - Construction (Painting & Insulation)

Lead industrial painting and insulation execution coordinating surface preparation paint systems finishing and insulation installation across assigned work areas.
Plan and supervise painting and insulation crews in line with construction and handover priorities.
Verify specified paint systems colour schedules product compatibility and approved application methods.
Coordinate surface preparation primer and finish coats curing periods and touch up campaigns.
Monitor climatic conditions coverage material consumption and inspection readiness.
Coordinate insulation thickness vapour barriers cladding and weather sealing to approved details.
Sequence work around testing equipment access and adjacent trades to minimize damage and rework.
Oversee safe handling of paints and solvents ventilation access and housekeeping.
Track progress close defects and compile supporting work records for turnover.
Technical diploma or equivalent relevant trade qualification.
10 years in industrial painting and insulation including 4 years in senior field supervision.
Required Skills:
Requirements 6 years of EIT site/construction experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies/subcontractors. Electrical Instrumentation or Telecom construction background. Middle East CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred. Experience working with diverse international teams. Good knowledge of NEC/NFPA IEEE NEMA and IEC standards. Strong troubleshooting and subcontractor management skills. PTW LOTO and Arc Flash training; ATEX preferred.
