• You will play an integral role in providing a positive and memorable experience for all our spa visitors and hotel guests
• Provide essential support to the Spa and Wellness facility working closely with its department head and spa team (and other departments collaboratively) to ensure a seamlessly smooth running of its operations and beyond
• Act as a role model to junior low level spa therapists, mentoring and training new starters and existing Legends while supporting the Director of Spa at all times as well as attending leadership meetings in her absence, delegating where and when necessary, with competency and confidence
• Perform a wide range of luxury spa and beauty treatments and services (including facials manual and technology driven, massage modalities, body treatments, manicure and pedicure services as well as light make up application)
• Be knowledgeable on all treatments and programs offered, retail items sold and products used to support the services and guest needs and be able to utilize as per expected standards
• You’ll also effectively oversee and support the Spa Reception team, operate and manage the spa booking system scheduling appointments and experiences while controlling therapist activity, check ins and outs, transactions, stock inventory, reports and guest records, as well as all other expectations relevant to the ultimate guest spa journey
• Closely monitor KPIs and provide statistical reports to the Director of Spa when needed
• Participate in promotional events and spa demonstrations (and any other)
• Control stock inventory for all serviced products, consumables and retail products, maintaining the spa management system
• Participate in achieving individual and departmental targets optimizing revenue in the upselling of spa services and retail products by offering relevant recommendations to our guests, confidently
