- This role has one direct reports: an events manager
- Conducting weekly team meetings & 1-2-1s with team member
- Supporting the professional development of the team
- Powering the entire Engagement workstream is the Salesforce CRM. The Role is required to oversee the use of the tool by:
- Ensuring the team is accurately inputting all new leads, contacts & accounts and capturing their interactions in the CRM
- Ensuring that trade partners are accurately segmented
- Using the CRM to make strategic decisions
