Job Description

- Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to sales and be a dynamic sales professional who will positively impact our business and clearly understand the Hyatt Place brand
- Maximise total hotel revenue, including room revenue, banquet and catering
- Maximise segmentation mix and develop business from existing Hyatt channels while creating new business development opportunities
- Manage strong relationships with senior decision-makers from key leisure, PCO's, corporate accounts and travel agents
- New business research, solicitation, prospecting, and acquisition will be a large part of this role
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external clients, and other market and industry sources
- Plan, organise, and host familiarisation, client events, team roadshows, and entertainment
- Detailed understanding of Travel Trade business and strong long term, value-based relationships in the UAE market to achieve sales objectives.
- Maximize segmentation mix and develop business from existing Hyatt channels while creating new business development opportunities
- Responsible for new business research, solicitation, prospecting, and acquisition , this will be essential in this role
- Responsible to plan, organize, and host familiarization visits, client events, roadshows, and entertainment
- Attend trade shows, sales blitz, workshops, etc. in the assigned markets.
- Ability to effectively present data, be decisive and adhere to deadlines.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in defining an annual sales action plan and execute set actions accordingly.
- Prepare and submit relevant administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner such as sales call schedules, sales call reports and monthly reports to the DOSM
- Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve the organizational goals.
- Knowledge of Russian language is a must.
- Knowledge of an additional language from any CIS country will be an added advantage.
