• As member of the HR Team, you would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
• Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
• To identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
• Identify employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
• Managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally, build strong business relationship with the internal client and acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
