Responsibilities:

• Grow YRL s clientele base by actively searching for new business
  

• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  

• Maximize client retention through outstanding customer service and communication
  

• Follows up on all prospective client s concerns and all quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and needs/expectations are being met
  

• Assist customers with problem solving regarding pricing concerns, contracts, services, etc.
  

• Become a passionate expert on company products, promotions and marketing materials
  

• Clearly and thoroughly communicate YRL s brand and our vision to clients and prospective clients
