- To carry out sales and recruitment activities to maintain and develop sales in the UK and internationally in accordance with agreed targets and company policy. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Hunt for new logos and successfully win new clients
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities to prospects and customer databases.
- Receive permanent roles from customers and fill them within agreed time limits.
- Recruit suitable candidates according to skills and experience to fit client requirements.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through continuous contact.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
