- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function at Shebara Luxury Island Resort.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment Journey.
- Support leading the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the resort's goals and values.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless integration into the Shebara team.
