Senior Process Design Engineer

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, chemical engineering, or related field.
Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Technical knowledge:

Deep understanding of process engineering concepts and manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Process Design methods, and process automation.
Analytical skills:

Ability to analyze data and identify gaps and improvement points in industrial processes.
Quantitative analysis and modeling skills to evaluate process performance and predict results.
Artistic skills:

Proficiency in using industrial engineering and digital modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
Advanced programming skills to develop customized technology solutions to improve operations.
