- Develop a robust network to source private equity opportunities for MENA.
- Engage in all aspects of private equity funds, co-investments, and direct investments, including origination, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management.
- Conduct operational analysis, including a review of customer demand drivers, sales and profits composition, market share, competitive positioning, supply chain cost structure, and more.
- Perform due diligence, including the review of transaction documents and evaluation of target companies, sectors, industry trends, market dynamics, and strategic positioning.
