Senior PR KOL Specialist

Identify engage and manage relationships with high-impact KOLs aligned with brand values and business objectives.

Lead end-to-end KOL event planning and execution including brand activations networking events and partnership meetings.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and KOLs ensuring timely professional and relationship-driven communication.

Manage crisis communications involving KOLs acting as a calm and strategic point of contact during sensitive situations.

Develop and deliver structured reporting on KOL performance campaign impact and public sentiment trends.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing Growth Compliance) to align KOL strategies with broader PR and business goals.

Represent the company professionally at industry events media engagements and KOL-facing activities.

Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.

5 years of experience in KOL/influencer relations PR or partnerships preferably within tech fintech or consumer brands.

Proven track record of independently managing KOL portfolios from sourcing to activation able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with confidence in engaging high-profile individuals and managing sensitive conversations.

Polished presentable and comfortable representing the brand at external events and on-camera engagements.

Strong crisis management instincts able to navigate sensitive situations with composure and sound judgment.

Proactive detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced high-autonomy environment.

Knowledge of or interest in crypto/blockchain is a plus but not mandatory.
