Sequence & link the required activities, within given milestones.
Establish the critical path through the programme
Prepare information schedule in conjunction with construction manager.
Prepare subcontract appointment schedule with construction manager.
Progress Monitoring And Updates
Regular progress recording on site of actual progress
Record & report actual progress against target programme
Preparation of required reports for Project and construction managers
Interpret data and identify bottlenecks with project manager.
Predict completion dates and prepare “Look-ahead” reports.
Monitor resources and Key Performance Index items (KPI’s)
Create baseline resource curves.
Record actual against planned on resource curves & KPI’s.
Create records of actual progress of KPI’s
Liaise with construction managers regarding resource requirements.
