Leading U.S. engineering consulting firm is seeking a Lead Transportation Project Manager for their Madison, Wisconsin office!
Responsibilities:
- Lead project team (set priorities, develop objectives, team financial management and project staffing)
- Take responsibility for projects and pursuits
- Provide technical leadership to team
- Assist with business development by developing strategic plans, marketing activities, client development and presentation/proposal development
- Must be involved in a professional society
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering
- 8+ years of design experience in transportation engineering, highway design and local street design
- PE License
- Experience working with WisDOT design/standards
- Project management experience working with WisDOT
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil3D software
